Employer branding

Employer branding is a company's reputation as a place to work — how current and potential employees perceive it. A strong employer brand makes it easier to attract and keep talent.

For senior hiring, employer brand is what makes a passive candidate willing to take the call. It is built over time through culture, leadership, and how people are treated — not through a campaign.
