RPO (recruitment process outsourcing)
RPO — recruitment process outsourcing — is when a company hands all or part of its hiring to an external provider that runs it as an ongoing, often embedded service, rather than a one-off search.
RPO suits high-volume, repeatable hiring where scale and consistency matter most. It differs from executive search, which is a targeted, high-touch search for scarce senior talent that a listing won't reach.
