Music & Entertainment Executive Search
The Quantum Club builds the teams behind artists, labels, festivals, and entertainment brands, from full launch teams to commercial and operations leadership. Exclusive mandates, reached through the relationships the industry actually runs on, on a No Cure, No Pay basis.
Why entertainment hiring is different
In music and entertainment, credibility is everything and it doesn't come from a job board. The people who can build an artist's business or scale a label move through trust and referral, and they are judged by the shows, releases and launches they have already delivered. A generic search reaches the wrong room; the right hire usually comes from being inside the network already, with an introduction that carries weight on both sides.
Labels, events and touring
No Art, the Amsterdam label and event organizer founded in 2017 by the DJ duo ANOTR, took its sold-out showcases from Amsterdam across Europe and North and South America. The Club placed creative and operational leadership alongside that expansion, including a Head of Touring & Production, a Label Operations Lead and a Brand & Partnerships role, through discreet outreach to creative-industry operators matched to the label's culture-first values. Culture fit is not a soft criterion here: a no-phone, present-in-the-moment event culture needs people who believe in it.
Building a full launch team
Some mandates are not one seat but a whole team that has to work together from opening day. For TYSON 2.0, Mike Tyson's lifestyle brand, the Club sourced and placed the full launch team for its Amsterdam flagship: a Finance Director, a Head of Operations, a Marketing Manager and the specialist roles around them, each matched to the exact DNA of the brand. That team is still in place today. When a team is hired as a set, fit has to be judged across the team, not seat by seat.
Proof that compounds
After the TYSON 2.0 build, the recommendation traveled. Snoop Dogg's team, working with the same European partners, came to the Club to build the full launching team for Tha Dogghouse, his flagship store, and the Club ran the same playbook. In an industry that runs on referral, the next mandate tends to come from the last one done well. The invitation runs both ways.
What to settle before you brief
Two questions are worth settling before an entertainment brief. Who owns the vision, the artist, the founders or the label's leadership, and who signs off on the hire. And whether the seat serves the show or the business: a touring and production lead and a finance director answer to different clocks, and a candidate who is right for one is rarely right for the other. Settled at the brief, both mean the slate is judged by the right people against the right bar.
Working at event pace
Event businesses hire against dates: a season, a tour, an opening. A standing network shortens the early part of a search, because ClubAI scores fit across 1,000+ members the moment a brief lands, but the decision speed on the client side still sets the pace. Bringing the date to the brief lets a strategist plan the search back from it, rather than discovering the deadline once the interviews have started.
Discretion around a name
Hiring around an artist or a public figure brings a scrutiny that ordinary searches don't. The Club keeps these mandates confidential by default, with NDA-backed conversations and no public listing, and confirms every approach with the principal first. Candidates are protected the same way: their interest is never shared with a current employer without explicit consent.

Operators are approached directly and personally, often on the strength of work they have already delivered, and every approach is confirmed with the principal before it is made. Nothing is posted.
-
Shortlist
You meet a short, pre-qualified slate, assessed for culture fit as much as for track record, with each candidate supported by a Talent Concierge through scheduling, preparation and negotiation.
-
Open the doors
The Club runs the close and, for a launch team, works to have the people in place for opening day. You pay only when a hire signs, backed by a guarantee laid down in your agreement.
